Terms of Service

Any non-conformities we find on your products will be notified to you via a Non-Conformity Report, which you must return to the sender, duly completed, clearly indicating how the non-compliant material was handled and identifying the causes that generated the non-conformity, as well as the corrective actions to eliminate them.

Any non-conformities you find on materials produced and/or already delivered must be communicated immediately by means of a written request for exemption/concession by fax or email, clearly specifying how the non-compliant material will be handled and identifying the causes that generated the non-conformity, as well as the corrective actions to be taken to eliminate them.

Any exemptions and/or concessions will be formally approved following our technical evaluation of the quality of the final product.

Any necessary changes to the product and/or process definition, site changes, or supplier changes must be formally requested by you, and approval will be subject to our technical evaluation of the quality of the final product and process.

Acceptance of this specification grants ALLEGRETTI AEROPLATING S.r.l., its customers, and the Authorities access to all sites involved in the commissioned activity and to all applicable records.

The supplier undertakes to guarantee to ALLEGRETTI AEROPLATING S.r.l. that it will implement adequate controls on its suppliers to ensure that the supply requirements are met.

The supplier undertakes to guarantee to ALLEGRETTI AEROPLATING S.r.l. that the personnel involved in the activities covered by the orders issued by ALLEGRETTI AEROPLATING S.r.l. are adequately trained, competent and aware of their contribution to product compliance, product safety and the importance of operating according to ethical principles.

Any parts or materials found to be counterfeit or suspicious during incoming inspections must be treated as non-compliant and therefore segregated to prevent their inadvertent introduction into the production cycle or shipment to the customer.

ALLEGRETTI AEROPLATING S.r.l. periodically evaluates its suppliers' performance based on the following parameters:

• product quality
• product quality, punctuality of delivery (On Time Delivery)

If the evaluation results do not meet the objectives set, the supplier will be required to submit an action plan to improve its performance within a timeframe defined at the time of the request.

All of the above requirements are to be understood as supplementary to each purchase order or open order and, therefore, the supply must be managed and implemented in accordance with them.
